Chip rack

A standalone chip rack at a Subway.

Chips are a large source of revenue for every SUBWAY restaurant. They are prominently placed in the store and their purchase encouraged as part of upselling sandwich customers to buy meals.

It is important to keep the chip rack or racks well-stocked.

Use in sandwiches Edit

Kettle cooked sea salt and vinegar chips are included as optional garnishes on the Wild-Caught Alaskan Pollock sandwich. A bag is kept behind the counter, a handful sprinkled on to the sandwich (above the fish).
