When to use the microwave Edit

Certain sandwich ingredients are always required to be served hot. Meatballs and sometimes steak or chicken can be kept in a hot well which keeps them hot enough for bacteria not to grow.

If steak or any type of chicken is not kept hot in the hotwell, then unless the customer very specifically declines heating, they must be either heated in the microwave or toasted in the speed oven.

Ask the customer if they would like the following products "heated in the microwave, or toasted?":

Meatballs are always kept in the hotwell and so do not need to be microwaved to serve. Customers may have their sandwich toasted, though, for its effects on the bread.
