When to use the microwave Edit
If steak or any type of chicken is not kept hot in the hotwell, then unless the customer very specifically declines heating, they must be either heated in the microwave or toasted in the speed oven.
Ask the customer if they would like the following products "heated in the microwave, or toasted?":
