Oven Roasted Chicken is a meat available at SUBWAY restaurants and a sandwich including that meat.

Preparation Edit

Roasted chicken patties have to fully thaw in the cooler before use. Staple a label to the bag on thawing with the date and time; remove the label and stack in the large food pan the patties are placed into.

Slower restaurants might fill individual food pans with frozen patties, returning the half-full bag to the freezer. This can help to ensure the chicken stays fresh.

On the sandwich Edit

If the customer wants the chicken to be toasted, put it on the sandwich and toast in the speed oven with the appropriate setting under "Patty".

If the customer wants the chicken to be microwaved, place it on deli paper in the microwave and press the button for an equivalent portion of steak.
